The CLI, core and every capability are MIT licensed — use them commercially, modify them, ship them, keep the copyright notice. The one exception is the audit capability, which is on the Functional Source License and becomes MIT two years after each release.
The kit
The CLI, core, and every capability except audit are released under the MIT License — one of the shortest and most permissive there is. In plain terms:
Commercial products, client work, private projects, closed source. No field-of-use clause, and no threshold you cross that changes the terms.
Fork it, patch it, vendor it into your own build. You are not obliged to publish what you change.
On its own or inside your product, to as many customers as you like, at any price you like.
No seat license, no usage clause, no revenue trigger. What the dashboard charges for is the dashboard.
The one condition is that the copyright and permission notice travels with copies or substantial portions of the software. And as with all MIT software, it is provided as-is, without warranty.
The exception
FSL-1.1-MIT
One capability; every other one in the kit is MIT. The source is public and you can read it, run it, change it and ship it inside your own product — the difference is a single carve-out, and a date on which it converts to MIT.

Not permitted
Every version converts to the MIT License on the second anniversary of its release. That is not a promise we could withdraw later — the future grant is written into the copy of the license you already have.
The rest
Geist and Geist Mono are under the SIL Open Font License rather than MIT. They are free to use and embed; the Geist font project holds the files and the terms.
