The dashboard is the paid surface. Everything below is reachable with a credential you issued, from a terminal or your own code, on any plan including none.

A defect in a capability you run is a duty, not a tier. Reading one is never gated; having it delivered to you is fan-out, and starts at Solo.

Twelve months at the discounted rate, then it returns to the list price — with a month's warning before it does.
You apply from inside the dashboard. It opens a support request with your account already on it: say who you are and what you are building, and send it. A person reads it and answers.
It is an application, so it can be declined. An owner or an admin applies, because the organization is what would be billed.
