The short version
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason.
Ask through Paddle, who handle the payment and issue the money: paddle.net. If you would rather ask us first, email support@help.pithy.sh and we will take it from there.
Why Paddle and not us
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who are the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle holds the transaction, the payment method and the receipt, so Paddle is who issues the refund. Going to them directly is one step rather than two.
You can reach them at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout. Their own refund policy applies alongside this one, and where they give you a stronger right than we do, theirs wins.
What is covered
Any first purchase of a paid plan, within 14 days, in full.
A renewal is also covered within 14 days of the renewal charge. If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, tell us and we will not argue about it — an unnoticed renewal is a bad way to take someone’s money.
What is outside it
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge. We may still refund them, at our discretion, and we would rather you ask than assume the answer.
- Accounts terminated for a serious breach of the Terms and Conditions — fraud, abuse, or unlawful use.
- Charges billed by someone other than Paddle. If a reseller or marketplace sold you the plan, their refund process applies.
That is the whole list. There are no restocking fees, no partial-month deductions, and no requirement to explain yourself.
Canceling without a refund
Canceling stops the next charge; it does not by itself return the last one. If you cancel inside the 14-day window and want the money back, ask for the refund too — the two are separate requests.
Cancel from the billing screen in your dashboard, or at paddle.net — either works, and neither needs us. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then continues on Free rather than closing.
Canceling has two routes; refunding has one. Paddle holds the transaction and the payment method, so the money comes back through them whichever way you canceled.
How long it takes
Paddle usually approves eligible requests within a few business days. Once approved, the money is returned to the original payment method, and how quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer — commonly five to ten business days.
What happens to your data
Nothing you have to act on. Your Workers, databases, buckets and indexes are in your own Cloudflare account and are unaffected by a refund or a cancellation. The account records we hold are deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Notice.
